By using Cadodex, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is not available to residents of jurisdictions where its use would be prohibited by law.
Cadodex is a non-custodial protocol. We never hold, control, or have access to your funds or private keys. All transactions are executed on-chain through smart contracts. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and the accuracy of any transaction you submit.
Points earned through the Cadodex rewards programme have no guaranteed monetary value and are redeemable solely at Cadodex's discretion. Cadodex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards programme at any time without prior notice. Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged, or combined across wallets.

Cadodex expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cadodex and its affiliates, officers, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes loss of funds due to smart contract bugs, network congestion, or third-party failures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration to the extent permitted by law.
